1 tsp garlic powder
1 pkg (32-oz) icy Tater Tots
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup crumbled crisp-fried bacon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large mixing bowl, Merge the evaporated milk, soup, sour cream, butter, onion powder, and garlic powder until blended. Slowly fold in the Tater Tots. Spray a 13x9x2-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and pour the blend into the pan. Sprinkle the top with the cheese and bacon (reserve bacon and add while last 5 minutes of cooking, if desired). Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly and heated all through.

Stir well, until all ingredients are combined. (Note: If you like your vegetables very soft, you may sauté the celery, onion, and green pepper in 1 tablespoon of butter before adding them to the mixture.) Then, drop the potato strips into the coating mixture. Shake until coated, and place in a single layer on a baking sheet or shallow baking pan that has been sprayed with cooking oil. (I cover my baking pan with aluminum foil and use it as if it were the surface of the pan, for easy clean-up.) (You may bake this in a large casserole dish in a 350-degree (F) oven for about 2 hours, if you prefer; just check to make sure the potatoes are tender.) This is a perfect way to use your leftover Easter ham; however, if you do not have leftover ham, you may buy about a 1-inch slice of cooked deli ham and chop it into cubes for this recipe. How to make it:

Add 2 tablespoons of the oil to a pan and heat it over a medium high heat. Cut the beef into 1 inch cubes and add it to the oil. Brown the beef cubes all over. Add the carrots, potatoes, water, garlic, salt, pepper, onion and bell pepper to the pot.

Bring the stew to a boil, then turn down the heat and simmer it for a merge of hours. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Stir in the bouillon granules and tomatoes. Cut the top off the sugar pumpkin and take out the pulp and seeds, leaving an inch thick wall. Chop the pulp and add it to the beef stew.

Fill the pumpkin shell with the beef stew and brush the rest of the oil over the pumpkin exterior. Bake for a merge of hours or until tender. Serve the stew from the pumpkin, scraping out more of the pumpkin flesh from inside the shell.

1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. Butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup of milk
2 Tbsp. Pimiento, diced
1/4 cup bread crumbs
8 oz. Holder egg noodles

Saute chopped celery and onion in butter. Blend in soup and milk. Add flaked tuna and pimiento. Cook noodles according to Holder directions in a saucepan. In a greased casserole dish, integrate soup compound and egg noodles. Top with bread crumbs. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

Tuna Cheese Pie

1 9-inch pie shell
12 oz. Can tuna, drained
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 cup onion, chopped
3 eggs
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk

Pierce pie shell with fork and bake in a 375 degree oven for 8 minutes. In a large bowl, toss together the tuna, cheese and onion. Spoon into pie shell. Re-using the same bowl, integrate all of the remaining ingredients. Gently pour compound over fish mixture. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 50 minutes. Serves 6-8 people.

Tuna Tator-Chip Casserole

1 medium bag potato chips, crushed
12 oz. Can tuna, drained
1 can peas, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups milk

Lightly grease a 2 qt. Casserole dish. Place a layer of crushed potato chips, a layer of peas and a layer of tuna, using half of each, into the casserole dish. Pour 1/2 of heated soup-milk compound over ingredients in casserole dish. Repeat layers for a second time. Place a handful of crushed potato chips on top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until done.
