1st Day:
Eat all the fruit you can stand, except bananas. Also, eat lots of your delicious cabbage soup. Unsweetened drinks such as teas, cranberry juice and water may be consumed.

2nd Day:
This is the day for vegetables. Eat as many raw or cooked vegetables with your soup as you like! You should avoid eating beans, peas and corn, and try to eat lots of leafy greens. At supper time, you can have a special treat of a big baked potato with butter.

3rd Day:
Eat all of your favorite fruits and vegetables today, except baked potato. Eat as much cabbage soup as you'd like.

4th Day:
Reward yourself by eating bananas and drinking skim milk. You can eat as many as eight bananas and fill up on skim milk, as well as your soup.

5th Day:
Beef And Tomatoes Day! You should eat from ten to twenty ounces of beef this day, and up to six tomatoes. You should drink a minimum of 6 to 8 glasses of water on day 5, as this will clean out all the uric acid that is in your body. You should eat your soup at least once. Baked or broiled chicken can be replaced for beef, as long as the chicken is not eaten with the skin. Broiled fish can also be replaced for the beef on day five or six, but not for both days.

Day Six:
Another beef day, with any vegetables this time. Eat up to 2 or 3 steaks, as long as you eat them with leafy green vegetables. You should eat your soup at least once this day.

Day Seven:
Eat brown rice and any unsweetened fruit juices and/or vegetables. Eat your soup at least once on day seven.
